1 General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ho77 platform and all its services. The definitions listed below are used with the same meaning throughout this document.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — ho77's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "Member" or "You" — any person who has opened an account on ho77 or is using the platform.
• "Company" or "We" — ho77 and its operating entity.
• "Services" — all gaming and betting services offered by ho77, including Live Casino, Slots, Cricket Betting, Vivo Live, and BetterLive Live.
• "Wallet" — the virtual balance held in your ho77 account.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By opening an account on ho77 or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To use ho77's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting is not legally prohibited.
• You must have a valid payment method registered in your own name.
• You are agreeing to these terms voluntarily and with full mental capacity.

2.2 One Account Per Member

Each member may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, ho77 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the balances. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or network, each of them must complete identity verification separately.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. ho77 may request a national identity card or other documents for identity verification at any time. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

3.1 Password & Login Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your ho77 account login details completely confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account. The risks of sharing your password with others, logging in on public computers, and failing to contact support immediately upon noticing suspicious activity are entirely yours.

3.2 Authorized Use

A ho77 account is for the personal use of the account holder only. Placing bets on behalf of a third party or sharing an account is a violation of these terms.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following terms apply when depositing funds into ho77:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 for each method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted and doing so may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following terms must be followed when requesting a withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if the conditions of an active bonus have not been met.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions on ho77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals in foreign currency are not supported.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New ho77 members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The original deposited amount can be withdrawn at any time.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

The following general rules apply to all promotions:

• Each bonus may have a separate expiry date.
• While one bonus is active, no other bonus can be claimed unless stated otherwise.
• If there is any evidence of abuse or manipulation of bonus benefits, ho77 reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
• ho77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting & Gaming Rules

The outcome of any bet or game on ho77 is determined by an impartial and automated system. We use software from certified game providers to ensure fair play.

• Once a bet is finalized, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, a decision will be made in accordance with the relevant rules.
• ho77 reserves the right to void any bet where clearly incorrect data or odds were displayed.

6.2 Special Sports Betting Rules

For all sports betting including cricket, football, and kabaddi, match times are calculated according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). If an event is cancelled or postponed, the specific rules for each sport will apply.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ho77 platform, and any one of them may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Abusing bonuses by opening multiple accounts.
• Attempting to control betting outcomes by colluding with other members.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to ho77's systems.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or to facilitate their use.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by ho77

ho77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of any clause in these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Instructions from a competent authority or a legal obligation.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal policy, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

ho77 places the highest importance on protecting the personal data of its members. SSL encryption technology is used on our platform. 10 Responsible Gaming

ho77 believes in responsible gaming. We encourage members to set their own limits and maintain healthy gaming habits.

• If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, arrangements can be made to take a temporary break.

11 Limitation of Liability

ho77 always strives to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Issues caused by internet disconnection, server downtime, or technical errors.
• Unauthorized use of an account due to the member's own negligence.
• Issues arising from the software of third-party game providers.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or government regulations.

ho77 will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12 Changes to Terms & Contact

12.1 Terms and Conditions Updates

ho77 reserves the right to change any part of these terms and conditions at any time. An effort will be made to notify members of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding any matter in these terms and conditions, you are requested to first attempt resolution through ho77's support team. If unresolved, both parties will attempt to reach a resolution through mutual discussion.
